Welcome to the second edition of the CIC newsletter and our first for 2021.

We start with a review of 2020 – and what an unexpected year it was for everyone! Despite the challenges that COVID presented, we are extremely proud of how we and our portfolio adapted to the evolving situation whilst continuing to thrive.

In this edition we highlight some new video interviews from our "In Conversation With" series. We have received great feedback on how these videos provide a window into the operations of CIC and our portfolio companies. We hope you find them interesting and informative.

We have also provided links to some of the recent events that CIC has participated in or hosted. A particular highlight was Carol's event with KWM and Alibaba on how Deep Technology businesses can access the Chinese market.

If you have any feedback, or would like to suggest future potential content, please do let us know.

With best regards
Andrew Williamson                                                                                                        Register for our newsletter
