Investment, acquisitions and Cambridge – can it continue?

1 March 2022 at 17.30

In person event | Location: St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 OWS

Simon Thorpe, Chair of Cambridge Angels, with colleague and Managing Director, Emmi Nicholl will be joined by Anne Horgan, life sciences investor from Cambridge Innovation Capital, will discuss how the stars aligned, does Angel investment follow the trends, and what we might expect in 2022?

The Cambridge tech and life science cluster has seen huge amounts of investment over the last couple of years, despite the pandemic. The Digital Economy council declared Cambridge the leading regional tech city in the UK in 2021. Cambridge Angels and Cambridge Innovation Capital will shed light on some of the deal-flow into the region and perhaps hint at what’s to come.

Join us at St John's Innovation Centre in person for the talks, some Q&A and some networking over a glass of wine. It’s free for Cambridge Network members to attend, there is a small charge for others.
