The Oman Investment Authority (OIA) is expanding its exposure to advanced technologies through investments in Cambridge Innovation Capital and Oxford Science Enterprises, strengthening its links with two of the world’s leading innovation ecosystems. The investments provide access to companies operating in high-growth sectors including healthcare, semiconductors and quantum computing, while supporting Oman’s broader ambition to build a knowledge-based economy.
Through these partnerships, OIA has gained exposure to innovative companies such as CMR Surgical, Pragmatic Semiconductor, Riverlane, Quantum Motion and Oxford Quantum Circuits. The investments align with OIA’s strategy of diversifying its international portfolio while creating opportunities to follow emerging technologies, foster international partnerships and explore knowledge transfer to Oman.
