PULSE is a free three-day leadership and entrepreneurship training programme for up and coming life sciences entrepreneurs.

Developed by the BioIndustry Association (BIA) and the Francis Crick Institute, the programme is aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs and first-time CEOs looking for advanced practical advice, support and feedback from established CEOs, leading entrepreneurs and renowned professionals.

The programme includes sessions, talks and interactive exercises, along with networking opportunities, to give you the knowledge and inspiration to become a successful CEO or entrepreneur. You will practise relevant skills, share ideas in a safe space, and receive expert feedback and advice. You will also have the chance to build connections across the sector, from industry experts to your CEO peers, and form an ongoing relationship with the Francis Crick Institute and BIA.
